Where do I even begin on this project….. lets just say this was hardest projects we had to do indefinitely. For this we had to produce 11 designs that were the same but also different. All that had to be the same was the design aspect, the differences had to be the color. Here’s the kicker; you had to create special color combinations such as : Ambiguous color, Complementary color, Color Extension, Dominant Tint, Hue, Saturation, Triad Color, Light and Dark, Warm and Cool, Simultaneous Color and last but not least, Split Compliments.
Now on to the design. initially I had come up with a design that consisted of almost 80 dots, yes I counted, the made up an eye. But in further reading to this project I knew this was not going to cut it. So after much trail and error (and quite a bit of yelling) I decided I was going to make some sort of plant like structure. I used the radiation tool to make the base of the plant and then used the good ol’ copy and paste tool to make more layers that gradually became bigger.
